frankiephysiquecoaching@gmail.com1. About Frankie Physique Coaching
Frankie Physique Coaching is the trading name of Francesco Faranna, a sole trader based in Northern Ireland. Business address: Frankie Physique Coaching, County Antrim, Northern Ireland. Contact: frankiephysiquecoaching@gmail.com.
2. Eligibility
Clients should generally be 18 or over, provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering a contract. Coaching may be declined where it is unsuitable or outside professional scope.
3. Nature of the Service
The £100-per-month service may include assessment and onboarding, individualised training, personalised nutrition targets, weekly check-ins, progress review, justified adjustments, support throughout the week, exercise-video assessment and accountability.
Messages are reviewed regularly throughout the week, but coaching is not an emergency, medical or instant-response service.
4. Professional Scope
Coaching is educational and fitness based. It does not diagnose or treat medical conditions and does not replace a doctor, physiotherapist, dietitian, psychologist or other regulated healthcare professional. Referral or medical clearance may be requested, and work may be paused or declined where needs fall outside professional competence. Medical emergencies should be directed to emergency services.
5. Client Responsibilities
Clients must act responsibly and communicate relevant difficulties promptly.
- Provide accurate relevant information and complete screening honestly.
- Disclose relevant restrictions or professional recommendations.
- Use suitable equipment and a safe environment; stop and seek appropriate help if concerning symptoms arise.
- Submit check-ins accurately and obtain medical advice where advised.
- Do not share login details, plans or paid materials.
6. Results and No Guarantees
Results vary between individuals and depend on factors including starting point, adherence, training quality, nutrition, recovery, health, lifestyle and circumstances. Frankie Physique Coaching does not guarantee a particular rate of fat loss, muscle gain, strength gain or physique outcome.
7. Fees and Billing
Coaching costs £100 per month, billed monthly in pounds sterling as a rolling monthly subscription. There is no minimum commitment. Payment is required according to the agreed schedule. Failed payment may lead to suspension after reasonable notice. Price changes apply only after appropriate notice and according to the client’s agreement. No joining fee, late-payment penalty or automatic annual increase is stated here.
8. Contract Formation
Submitting an application does not guarantee acceptance. A contract begins only after acceptance, confirmation of the service and completion of the required payment or agreement. Confirmation should be provided in a durable form such as email. The website description, these terms and any specific written coaching terms form the agreement.
Before a client requests immediate commencement during the statutory cancellation period, Frankie Physique Coaching records the client’s express request and acknowledgement, the exact wording accepted, the time of acceptance and the relevant application or subscription identifier.
9. Consumer Cancellation Rights
Consumers entering a coaching contract online have a statutory 14-day cancellation period, subject to applicable consumer law. The period normally begins when the service contract is made. To cancel, send a clear request to frankiephysiquecoaching@gmail.com.
Where a client wants coaching to begin before the 14-day period expires, the client must expressly agree that the service may begin immediately and before the cancellation period expires. The client must also acknowledge that, if they cancel after coaching has started, they may be charged a proportionate amount for services already supplied up to cancellation. This express request is not pre-selected and does not remove any statutory right except to the extent permitted by law.
10. Ongoing Cancellation After the Statutory Period
After the statutory cancellation period, the rolling monthly subscription may be cancelled by emailing frankiephysiquecoaching@gmail.com. There is no minimum commitment, but one calendar month’s notice is required.
The first normal monthly billing date that occurs after the cancellation email is received will normally be the final billing date. That final £100 payment covers the last monthly billing period, and coaching continues until the end of that paid period. No further recurring payment is due after that final billing date. If the cancellation email is received on a billing date after that day’s payment has already been taken, that payment is treated as the final payment and coaching continues to the end of the period it covers. This billing rule gives effect to the one-calendar-month notice requirement without ending coaching part-way through a paid billing period.
11. Refunds
Refund rights depend on applicable consumer law, the cancellation date, whether coaching has started, services already supplied and any specific written agreement. Requests are assessed fairly and statutory rights are not affected.
12. Pausing, Rescheduling and Non-Participation
Arrangements for holidays, illness, non-response, missed check-ins and temporary pauses will be confirmed before agreement. Missing a check-in does not automatically mean the service was unavailable where programming and coaching support remained available. No free extension or indefinite pause is promised here.
13. Coach Availability and Communication
Messages are reviewed regularly throughout the week, but response times vary and no emergency support is provided. Planned leave may be communicated in advance where practical. Check-in deadlines and communication channels may be specified during onboarding.
14. Exercise Videos and Digital Submissions
Videos should show only what is necessary for coaching. Avoid filming others without permission and film safely. Videos are used for coaching and technique feedback; public use requires separate consent.
15. Intellectual Property
Website content, coaching documents, programmes, templates and educational materials remain protected. Clients receive a personal, non-transferable right to use materials for their own coaching. They may not resell, publicly copy, distribute or use them to coach others without permission. Clients retain ownership of their submitted content; public use requires permission.
16. Acceptable Use of the Website
Do not use the website unlawfully, attempt to compromise security, scrape it automatically, misuse forms, impersonate others, upload malicious content or infringe rights.
17. Suspension or Termination
Service may be handled reasonably and proportionately, including suspension or termination for serious or repeated non-payment, abuse, misuse of materials, dishonest or unsafe information, risk to others, needs outside scope or material breach. Applicable refund and consumer rights remain unaffected.
18. Liability
Nothing excludes liability where prohibited by law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Foreseeable losses caused by breach remain subject to applicable law. The business is not responsible for losses caused by inaccurate client information or failures outside reasonable control except where law provides otherwise. Statutory consumer rights are not excluded.
19. Third-Party Services and Links
The website may link to Instagram and, when enabled, scheduling, payment or other providers. Those services have their own terms and privacy practices. External links are provided for convenience and responsibility for third-party content remains subject to applicable law.
20. Events Outside Reasonable Control
Major outages, severe illness, platform failures, internet disruption or other events outside reasonable control may affect delivery. Reasonable steps will be taken to minimise disruption and communicate material impacts.
21. Complaints
Complaints should be sent to frankiephysiquecoaching@gmail.com with sufficient information to allow the matter to be reviewed.
22. Changes to the Service or Terms
Material changes will be communicated appropriately and will not retrospectively remove accrued consumer rights. Website terms show a revision date, and existing clients should receive appropriate notice where their contract is affected.
23. Severability and No Waiver
If one part of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining parts continue as far as the law allows. A delay in enforcing a right does not automatically waive it.
24. Governing Law and Courts
These terms are governed by the law applicable in Northern Ireland. Consumers retain any mandatory protections and rights to bring proceedings that apply in the part of the United Kingdom where they live. This section requires legal review.
